National Residential Weekend  

Role Model Application Process:

• Complete and submit application form by 23 February 2026. 

• 2 Trustees will independently rate your confidential responses out of 3. (0 Inadequate, 1 Acceptable, 2 Good, 3 Excellent).  

• There are a possible 12 points available. You will need to score a minimum of 4 to be selected. 

• The highest scoring applicants will be selected and invited to attend the weekend. 

• In the case of a draw, trustees will take an anonymous vote based on the answers to the completed questions.  

• If you are not selected but still scored 4 points, you will be placed on the waitlist should another place become available. 

• Everyone will be informed once a decision is made. You will hear by 3 March at the latest. 

• If successful, you will need to complete the appropriate registration forms.
