National Network Weekend - HELLO!

This summer's theme was the Hello Campaign, as part of the National Year of Speech, Language and Communication. Over ninety people gathered at the Hayes Conference Centre in Derbyshirefor activities and workshops celebrating communication.

We were delighted to welcome Eva from the Communication Trust who came to tell us about the Hello Campaign. Then we kicked off with a Treasure Hunt, Getting to know you quiz, communication challenges and other workshops.

We welcomed a number of new members and as ever, our role models were inspiring. Our thanks to our wonderful team of Role Models and Volunteers, and our brilliant families for giving us another successful weekend!
