OneVoiceUK is an e-support group for people who use communication aids,
their families and supporters, including parents whose children use
communication aids. It is run by Joe Lenartowicz who has a son who uses a communication aid.
The group is a forum for people to support each other and share perspectives and experiences. It is a place for discussion and the sharing of ideas.
Some members of the group have a professional interest in communication aids, but they do not give advice or therapeutic intervention. Rather, they are welcome to participate as human beings who bring ideas and experience, and who are willing to share views and ideas with parents.
We hope to foster a positive and supportive atmosphere of discussion.
Emails that are circulated are the views of the individual authors, and do not necessarily reflect the views and policies of 1 Voice--Communicating Together.
Please would members re-introduce themselves at regular intervals so that the group knows who is actively emailing at that approximate time.
